On this occasion it saddens me to note the demise of one of the members of the College Managing Committee, Alhaj W. S.Sulaiman, on 27.06.08. He had been serving the cause of education and community for decades selflessly. He hailed from the illustrious Wavoo family of Kayalpattinam which has been associated with the college ever since it was founded in 1971. May Allah grant him the best in the hereafter. His brother Haji W.S.Abdur Rahman has been coopted as a member of the Managing Committee in the meeting held on 30.08.08. We look forward to his active association with the college following the footsteps of his late brother.
