பாளையங்கோட்டை சதக்கத்துல்லாஹ் அப்பா கல்லூரியில் புதன் கிழமை (31.12.25) வாவு அறக்கட்டளைச் சொற்பொழிவு நடைபெற்றது. சிறப்பு சொற்பொழிவிற்குக் கல்லூரியின் தாளாளர் த.இ.செ. பத்ஹுர் ரப்பானி சாஹிப் தலைமையேற்று தலைமையுரை வழங்கினார்.

கல்லூரி முதல்வர் முனைவர் சே.மு. அப்துல் காதர் வாழ்த்துரை வழங்கினார். கல்லூரியின் ஆட்சிக் குழுத் தலைவர் ஹாஜி வாவு டபிள்யு. எஸ். செய்யது அப்துர் ரஹ்மான், மற்றும், ஆட்சிக்குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் ஹாஜி எம்.கே.எம். முகம்மது நாசர், ஹாஜி எல்.கே.எம்.ஏ. முகம்மது நவாப் ஹுசைன், பேராசிரியர் எஸ். அபூபக்கர், ஜனாப் பி. செய்யது உமர் சாஜித் மற்றும் வாவு குடும்பத்தினர் ஆகியோர் முன்னிலை வகித்தனர். இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் டாக்டர் கே.வி.எஸ்.ஹபீப் முஹம்மது, MBBS., DCH,துணைத்தலைவர்,இஸ்லாமிய பவுண்டேசன் டிரஸ்ட், (IFT), சென்னைஇஸ்லாத்தில் சமூக நீதி எனும் தலைப்பில் சிறப்புரையாற்றினார். அவர் தன்னுடைய சிறப்புரையில் பேசியதாவது சமுகநீதி மிகவும் சரியாக நிலையாட்டியுள்ள கல்லூரி சதக்கத்துல்லா அப்பா கல்லூரி சேர்க்கையிலும் மாணவர் பேரவை தேர்விலும் சமூக நீதி பிரதிபலிக்கிறது இந்தியாவிலேயே சமூக நீதியில் அனைவருக்கும் முன்னிற்கும் மாநிலம் தமிழ்நாடு 69 சதவீத இட ஒதுக்கீடு தமிழ்நாட்டில் பின்பற்றப்படுகிறது.

"எல்லோரும் சமம், எல் லோருக்கும் எல்லாம் " சமூகநீதியின் அடிப்படை. அதனை ஏழாம் நூற்றாண்டிலேயே நிலைநாட்டியது இஸ்லாம் இவ்வாறு அவர்பேசினார். அரபுத்துறைத் தலைவர் முனைவர் ஜெ. உபைத்துல்லாஹ் அனைவரையும் வரவேற்றார். அரபித்துறை பேராசிரியர் எம் முகமது இல்யாஸ் உஸ்மானி சிறப்பு விருந்தினரை அறிமுகப்படுத்தி பேசினார் கல்லூரித் துணை முதல்வர் முனைவர் ஆர். ஜேனட் ராணி நன்றி கூறினார். அரபித் துறை உதவிப் பேராசிரியர் முனைவர் ஜலீல் அகமது நிகழ்ச்சியைத் தொகுத்து வழங்கினார்.

The Department of Arabic Sadakathullah Appa College organised a Guest Lecture - I on “THE ROLE OF ISLAMIC SCHOLARS IN PRESERVING HADITH LITERATURE”. The programme set out with qirath recited by Mohamed Ansari, II B.Com Student. Dr. J. Ubaiyathulla, Head of the Department of Arabic welcomed to the participants. Dr. S.M. Abdul Kader, Principal, Sadakathullah Appa College presided over the function and delivered his Presidential address. The special address was presented by the guest of Moulavi. Moulavi, M. Shaik Abdul Qadir Kashifi & Qasimi, Principal, Darussalah Arabic College, Ramaynpatti, Tirunelveli. In his speech he explained the contributions and dedication of Islamic scholars to the field of Hadith Literature from the earliest period to the present day. He also extensively addressed the criticisms raised against the science of Hadith literature and well reasoned responses to those objections. Finally The vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. S.A. Mohamed Rafeek, Assistant Professor Department of Arabic.

The programme set out with qirath recited by Mohamed Ansari, II B.Com Student. Dr. J. Ubaiyathulla, Head of the Department of Arabic welcomed to the participants. Dr. S.M. Abdul Kader, Principal, Sadakathullah Appa College presided over the function and delivered his Presidential address. The special address was presented by the guest of Moulavi. Moulavi, A.M. MOHAMED SULTHAN BAQAVI, Assistant Professor, Jamia Anwariyya Arabic College, Kuttikkattoor, Calicut. In his speech he explained the Arabic Literature is one of the richest literary traditions in the world, spanning over fifteen centuries. With the advent of Islam, literature became deeply rooted in ethics and spirituality. The Quranic style influenced generations of writers, emphasizing justice, patience and accountability. He also extensively addressed the youth has always held a special and powerful position in Arabic Literature. And youth is portrayed as the builders of civilization, the protectors of cultural identity and the carriers of moral values. The vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. S.A. Mohamed Rafeek, Assistant Professor Department of Arabic.

A one-day workshop on The Important Role Of Zakath In Elimination Of The Poverty was held on 14 February 2026 at the auditorium, Sadakathullah Appa College organized by the Department of Arabic. The Correspondent, Alhaj. T. E. S. Fathur Rabbani Sahib, presided over the function and delivered the presidential address. The Principal, Dr. S.M. Abdul Kader, offered the felicitation address. The President, Haji Wavoo W.S. Seyd Abdur Rahman, along with council members and the Wavoo family, graced the occasion. Prof. Mohamed Haneef, President of the Islamic Study Circle, and vice principal Janet Rani also participated. The special address was delivered by Maulavi. Abdul Azeez Baqavi, Chief Imam, Karumbu Kadai Jummah Masjid. He emphasized that Zakat is not a tax on the poor but a divine obligation upon the wealthy. While charity is encouraged in all religions, Islam uniquely makes it a compulsory duty. He highlighted that Zakat serves both to eradicate poverty and to purify the inner self. In the second session, the speaker Kaja Nizamudeen, Professor, Yousufia College, Dindugal explained: The categories of wealth on which Zakat is obligatory, The prescribed rates, Contemporary legal aspects.

An interactive discussion followed, where participants raised questions and received clarifications based on the Qur’an and Hadith. Dr. Ubaidullah, Head of the Department of Arabic delivered a welcome address. Dr. K. F. Jaleel Ahmed, Assistant Professor of Arabic served as a Master of Ceremony for this event. Dr. S.A. Mohamed Rafeek, Assistant Professor of Arabic proposed the vote of thanks. The event was organized excellently by the faculty members of the department.
